Operations Supervisor

About the Role

An Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty. When no manager is onsite, leads store and supervisory staff and ensures completion of opening/closing procedures.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate between management and crews
• Assist customers with questions and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory for promotional/seasonal merchandise

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills
• Advanced communication, supervision and influencing skills
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime
• Retail supervisor experience preferred; HS diploma preferred but not required

Pay & Hours

• $20.47–$29.47/hr
• Anticipated weekly hours: 24 (part-time)
