On-Camera Social Media Content Creator

About the Role

Block Law, a fast-growing personal injury law firm in Burbank, CA, is looking for a creative and personable On-Camera Social Media Content Creator. You'll be the face of the firm across social platforms, filming attorneys, and creating engaging short-form content.

$26–$30/hr | Full-time | On-site in Burbank, CA

Responsibilities

• Appear regularly on camera as a face of Block Law across social channels
• Film, edit, and publish 5+ short-form videos/week (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook)
• Interview and film attorneys and staff; help them feel comfortable on camera
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, and on-screen text
• Film in-office, on location in Burbank/LA, and at community events
• Manage the content calendar and maintain consistent posting cadence
• Track performance metrics (views, watch time, follower growth) and iterate
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn organic content into paid ads
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to support research, scripting, and planning

Requirements

• Comfortable and engaging on camera
• Able to explain ideas clearly in spoken English
• Familiar with video filming and editing
• Organized; able to manage multiple deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with iPhone, DSLR, or mirrorless cameras
• Spanish-speaking a plus
