About the Role
Under general supervision, the Nutrition Aide handles food preparation and storage, recordkeeping, and sanitation standards in food preparation facilities at CCRC's Early Care & Learning Central Kitchen.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- CPR, First Aid, and Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain); Food Handler Certificate within 30 days of employment
- 5% travel to locations including Palmdale and Lancaster
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.; full-time, 40 hours/week
- Fast-paced, physically demanding kitchen environment
