About the Role

Provides personal nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed RN, performing tasks associated with activities of daily living and reporting patients' status and concerns to the RN.

What You'll Do

• Assist with nutrition, hydration, elimination, personal care, positioning, and restorative care
• Take vital signs including pulse and blood pressure
• Help patients with basic needs such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
• CNA certification preferred
• BLS Health Care Provider certification required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
