About the Role

Leads business development activity and supports the ongoing strategic planning process, driving growth initiatives to enhance services and programs that meet community healthcare needs. Manages the business development department's day-to-day activity, including new business and market analysis, and supervises Business Development staff.

What You'll Do

• Prioritize new business analysis and research projects; track department workload
• Participate in budget planning, development, and oversight
• Manage new business projects, ensuring accuracy and follow-through
• Present capital investment projects at the local and corporate level
• Coordinate with business partners, collaborators, and the community
• Supervise and direct assigned staff, including recruiting and training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience (Master's preferred)
• 5 years of business development experience preferred
• 3 years of healthcare setting experience preferred
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred
