Merchandise Manager

Overview

Michaels is hiring a Merchandise Manager to lead the in-store merchandising team, ensuring product presentation drives sales and an excellent customer experience. This part-time role blends floor leadership with hands-on merchandising work.

What You'll Do

• Manage merchandise presentation standards across the store
• Lead a team of associates on the sales floor and set priorities for daily tasks
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment and stocking
• Execute planogram resets, seasonal floor changes, and promotional setups
• Drive sales by maintaining an organized, visually appealing store environment
• Coach and develop team members to meet department goals

Requirements

• Prior retail supervisory or merchandise management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and visual merchandising skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable with physical requirements: lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods

Compensation

• $20.00–$24.20/hr
