Retail Manager - Merchandise (Early Morning Freight)

About the Role

The Merchandise Manager drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. This role requires early morning availability for freight processing.

What You'll Do

• Lead truck execution: timely unloading, accurate sorting, efficient flow to the sales floor
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization
• Execute and maintain SISO (Store-In-Stock Optimization) routines
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring merchandising sets are completed accurately
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Partner in maintaining strong Asset Protection practices, reducing shrink

Requirements

• 3+ years retail leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise up to 25-50 lbs
• Ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $19.25–$23.80/hr
