Member Services Officer I / II – Hybrid

About the Role

Member Services Officer I (or II) – Hybrid at Logix Federal Credit Union in Burbank, CA. Full-time call center role.

Responsible for providing "wow" level service to members and co-workers in a call center environment. Through effective listening and thorough knowledge of products and services, satisfies members' needs and resolves concerns.

Hours: Weekdays 7 a.m.–7 p.m. PT; Weekends 9 a.m.–3 p.m. PT (actual shift may vary).

Responsibilities

• Achieve established goals for sales and member service rating (NPS)
• Direct calls to appropriate personnel; adhere to service quality and statistical performance standards
• Communicate Credit Union policies clearly and resolve member concerns professionally
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations related to loans and operations
• Assist members with all financial needs: questions, transaction requests, complaints, and product selection
• Participate actively in team meetings; contribute to new program development

Qualifications

• 24+ months of retail customer service experience
• Recent financial institution experience (teller, new accounts, or call center preferred)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience troubleshooting basic smartphone and web browser issues
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Pay

$21.76–$32.64/hr
