Logix Federal Credit Union (Woodland Hills) is hiring a Branch Teller I (or II) to assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related transactions.
What You'll Do
- Process member transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, wire transfers)
- Service and close accounts; issue/re-pin cards; update account information
- Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, or by mail
- Balance daily work and maintain cash drawer per policy
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-24 months of customer service and/or cash handling experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
