Manager, Legal Innovation & Operations (AI Enablement & Programs)

Reporting to the Director, Legal Innovation & Operations, the Manager will develop and own execution of the annual and quarterly operating plan for the Legal Department's AI enablement and assigned innovation programs. This hands-on program leader will translate approved priorities into structured pilots, role-based learning, change and adoption programs, repeatable workflows, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and success measures.
• Run the intake and assessment process for AI and innovation use cases in partnership with the Director and Legal practice groups.
• Lead approved pilots and tool launches from discovery and workflow design through user testing, launch readiness, adoption, and scale-readiness recommendations.
• Design and lead role- and practice-specific AI learning pathways for attorneys and legal professionals.
• Plan and deliver quarterly Innovation Demo Days and other learning forums.
• Develop and execute change-management and communications plans for approved AI and legal technology rollouts.
• Develop and maintain the approved library of AI enablement resources.
• Build or coordinate approved low-code and no-code automations, templates, and reusable workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, AI enablement or adoption, digital transformation, program management, change management, learning and development, data and insights, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex, cross-functional programs from strategy execution through launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working within or closely supporting a corporate legal department, law firm, legal-services organization, or other highly regulated professional environment.

This position currently has a hybrid schedule, requiring contributing from the New York, NY or Universal City, CA office a minimum of four days per week.
