What you'll do
- Complete assigned work orders from resident service requests, diagnosing and repairing issues per safety and code standards
- Perform the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for new residents
- Conduct preventative maintenance across the property
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas
Requirements
- 1–2 years of maintenance experience required
- Experience with 100+ unit properties preferred
- Proficiency with HappyCo, make-readies, and work order systems preferred
Schedule & pay
Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm · $24–$27/hr, full-time Eligible for 20% housing discount
