About the Role

UCLA Health is hiring an LVN Supervisor for Primary & Specialty Care in Porter Ranch, combining clinical nursing duties with supervisory responsibility for all nursing and clinical services at the practice.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate clinic operations
• Supervise nursing and supplemental staff; assign duties per established protocols
• Conduct performance evaluations and maintain staff competencies
• Oversee quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance
• Review timesheets and manage daily staffing needs

Requirements

• Active California LVN license with IV therapy and blood withdrawal certifications
• Current BLS certification; minimum 3+ years of LVN experience
• Strong computer and electronic health records skills
• Preferred: prior supervisory experience

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm; fully on-site in Porter Ranch, CA. Staff Career (Indefinite) position.

Pay

$39.08–$81.51/hour
