About the Role

UCLA Health is hiring an Administrative Supervisor for Primary & Specialty Care in Porter Ranch — Team Leader for an assigned clinic area, coordinating staff activities and administrative functions from patient registration through discharge.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate activities of clinic support staff
• Collaborate with physicians and residents on patient care and education
• Manage patient flow from registration through discharge
• Contribute to positive patient experience and satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience
• Knowledge of medical insurance and Epic CareConnect systems; medical terminology familiarity
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Preferred: Spanish language proficiency

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm; fully on-site in Porter Ranch, CA. Staff Career (Indefinite) position.

Pay

$32.76–$65.13/hour
