About The Role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for Triana, a luxury apartment community in the San Fernando Valley. This full-time, on-site role is the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and tour prospective residents; guide them through the leasing process
- Follow up on leads and maintain occupancy goals
- Process rental applications, leases, and related paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service to current residents
- Conduct market surveys and stay informed of competitive pricing
- Support renewal campaigns and resident retention efforts
Qualifications
- Leasing or retail/sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with property management software a plus
