About the Role
The Leasing Consultant supports the onsite management team at The Pointe at Warner Center, working to hit leasing goals (occupancy, rent growth) and build rapport with prospects and residents.
What You'll Do
- Tour the property with prospects and highlight community amenities
- Qualify prospects for apartment homes, including background checks
- Prepare apartments for move-in and coordinate leasing paperwork
- Deliver resident service focused on retention
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- 1+ years of related experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills; basic computer skills
