About the Role
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is hiring a Lead Consulting Systems Engineer, Level 7 to support the Stand-in Attack Weapon (SiAW) missile program in Northridge, CA. Full-time, on-site. Requires an active Secret clearance, SAP-eligible.
What You'll Do
- Ensure disciplined systems engineering practices across development, integration, test, and sustainment
- Lead technical integration across product teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Manage system requirements, technical performance measures, and verification activities
- Provide technical leadership to the PMO and Chief Engineer on risk/maturity/issues
- Lead planning and execution of technical reviews (CDR, SVR, FCA/PCA)
Requirements
- Full systems engineering lifecycle experience on missile/weapon system programs, including leadership
- Technical depth in RF/sensors, guidance, navigation, control, telemetry, or airframe subsystems
- Active US Government Secret clearance
