Inventory Coordinator

About the Role

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for lot inventory management, including checking and logging new arrivals, ensuring vehicles have the correct merchandising documents, and maintaining a presentable sales lot.

What You'll Do

• Control the flow of cars, checking and logging new arrivals, and entering correct status in the fleet computer system
• Handle lot merchandising – ensuring vehicles are front-line ready with correct pricing stickers, buyers guides, and frame plates; parking and aligning cars
• Manage the back overflow lot, shuttling cars to vendors, assisting with dealer trades, and picking up customers when needed
• Assist with maintaining fuel logs and other reports as requested by the Location Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors; must be at least 20 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for up to 8 hours

Schedule

Location: Glendale, California.

Pay & Benefits

• $18.00/hour, plus a $300 monthly variable incentive
