What you'll do

• Support the full HR cycle for store team members: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance
• Apply knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Use scheduling and workforce management software effectively
• Serve as a resource for team members navigating HR processes
• Create a welcoming guest and team member experience

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or willingness to learn
• Reliable and able to work varied hours including weekends
