About the role

Host at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Part-time position creating a warm first impression for guests and managing the flow of the dining room.

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome guests with genuine hospitality.
• Manage the waitlist and seat guests efficiently.
• Answer phones and take call-ahead reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• Communicate wait times accurately to guests.

Requirements

• Team-oriented with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay & benefits

$18.42–$23.00/hr. Medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs (eligibility based on hours worked). 401(k). Team Member dining discounts.
