Bartender

About the role

Bartender at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Part-time position crafting cocktails and providing excellent bar service in a lively brewhouse environment.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with bar guests and provide an exceptional experience.
• Verify guest age for alcohol service and follow responsible alcohol policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Team-oriented with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Pay & benefits

$18.42–$20.00/hr + tips. Medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs (eligibility based on hours worked). 401(k). Team Member dining discounts.
