About the Role

Citi is hiring a Head Universal Banker at its Chatsworth branch. A leadership role responsible for exceptional service delivery while guiding and supporting the branch team — executing transactions and sales, and coaching and mentoring Universal Bankers and Tellers.

Pay: $53,670–$70,030/year Employment: Full-time | On-site

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers by modeling excellent service behaviors
• Guide clients and team members through complex transactions for an exceptional experience
• Champion risk and control by monitoring day-to-day operations and supporting the Branch Manager
• Energetically greet and engage clients on the branch floor to identify sales and service needs
• Execute all service transactions (deposits, payments, card replacement, disputes, etc.) and sales (account openings, credit cards, etc.)
• Present product offers and financial solutions using in-branch digital tools and marketing technology
• Connect clients to appropriate partners (financial advisors, mortgage specialists, etc.)
• Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and completely
• Educate clients on self-service digital channels (online, mobile, ATM, etc.)
• Provide coaching to peers on digital capabilities and transaction priorities
• Manage vault cash and cash supply as needed, including buying and selling with Tellers and ATMs

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with face-to-face customer service, digital engagement, and basic sales/referrals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and digital tools skills
• Retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
