Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is hiring a Guidance, Navigation & Control Engineer, Level 2/3 to support Advanced Weapons in Northridge, CA. 100% on-site; relocation may be available but not guaranteed.
What You'll Do
- Drive mission trajectory design from requirements through simulation and operations
- Perform trajectory design, optimization, and dispersion analysis for missile missions
- Develop flight constants/guidance parameters and mission-design automation tools
- Perform trade studies to improve weapon performance and reliability
- Support the full mission lifecycle and interact with customers on current/future missions
Requirements
- Level 2: BS + 2 years (or MS, entry-level) in a related field
- Level 3: BS + 5 years (or MS + 3 years) in a related field
- Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
