About the Role
Final Draft has been the industry standard in screenwriting software for over 30 years — 95% of Hollywood productions are written on it. This role builds Final Draft's first dedicated outbound growth motion, from first contact to qualified conversation.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute outbound campaigns across studio, production company, and education segments using Jeeva, HubSpot, and LinkedIn
- Build and test outbound sequences; run nurture programs for lapsed and dormant accounts
- Own For Your Consideration ad sales to studios during awards season
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities across industry events (UFVA, PGA, and others)
- Build sales assets, pitch materials, case studies, and white papers
- Own Jeeva as a growth tool and deliver on weekly activity KPIs
Requirements
- 4+ years of partnership management, marketing, or growth strategy experience (internships considered)
- Strong project management and campaign-building skills
- Experience with CRM/outbound tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, or similar) a plus
