About the Role

Oversees and leads a residuals team, building strong client and union relationships while focusing on show setups, contract interpretation, reporting, and timely payment of guild obligations (DGA, SAG-AFTRA, WGA, AFM, IATSE, and others). Collaborates closely with Labor Relations and Legal to ensure adherence to contractual agreements.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end residuals operations — show setups, workloads, forecasting, and process optimization
• Build and implement residual rules to ensure compliance with guild agreements
• Lead the residuals team, including training, coaching, and performance management
• Analyze distribution statements and talent/producer agreements to ensure accurate, timely residual payments
• Partner with Labor Relations on guild and talent negotiation analyses
• Manage guild reporting and payments, and support system enhancements/UAT

Requirements

• Extensive experience in residuals/guild management with expert knowledge of guild agreements
• 3–5 years of industry experience; Accounting or Finance degree a plus
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven leadership supervising and developing staff
