Grants Manager

About the Role

Full-time Grants Manager at Tarzana Treatment Centers. Oversee the full grant lifecycle for a nonprofit behavioral health and SUD treatment organization, from prospecting through reporting.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify grant funding opportunities from government, foundation, and private sources
• Write compelling grant proposals and letters of inquiry
• Manage grant compliance, budgets, and funder reporting
• Maintain a grants calendar and internal reporting systems
• Collaborate with program staff to document impact and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's preferred
• 3+ years of grant writing or grants management experience
• Knowledge of healthcare/nonprofit funding landscape preferred
