• Provide peer support, encouragement, and mentorship to clients in treatment
• Connect clients with community resources and recovery services
• Assist with care coordination and follow-up
• Document interactions per program guidelines

Requirements

• Personal lived experience with recovery from substance use disorder required
• Peer Support Specialist certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and empathy skills
