What you'll do
- Serve as the lead advocate for Beauty & Personal Care sales in assigned stores
- Develop and manage individualized sales plans to meet monthly targets
- Lead brand and product education and training for Beauty Sales Consultants
- Support recruitment and hiring; analyze business performance and sales data
- Manage execution of corporate beauty events: GWP promotions, Beauty Box experiences, vendor activations
