About this role
NBCUniversal is hiring a Facility Coordinator to support the Engineering team with operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems at the Universal City campus. This is a full-time, on-site role.
What you'll do
- Maintain lighting, plumbing, HVAC filters, coils, and building systems
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, flooring, and door/lock repairs
- Conduct site inspections and create work orders in the CMMS
- Support event set-ups, debris removal, and rain preparation
- Respond to service requests and emergencies (including after hours)
- Escort vendors and support 3rd-party contracted services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years facilities or trades experience
- Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BAS systems
- Valid Class C driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs
Pay & benefits
- Pay: $30.00–$35.00/hr

- Full-time, on-site in Universal City
