Coordinator, TV Music

About this role

NBCUniversal’s TV Music Creative Services team is hiring a Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support in Universal City. This is a hybrid role (minimum 4 days/week in office).

What you'll do

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and general office administration
• Prepare presentations, executive reports, and departmental communications
• Organize production documentation: scripts, schedules, music breakdowns, cue sheets
• Maintain Airtable tracker for all production lifecycle projects
• Research and maintain databases of composers, agents, artists, publishers
• Coordinate agendas and follow-up notes for all meetings

Requirements

• 1+ year of entertainment experience supporting an executive
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Airtable, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Passion for the intersection of music and television

Pay & benefits

• Salary: $56,000–$60,000/year
