About the Role
The Facilities Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, people leadership, and administrative and financial management of facilities at HQ, with oversight of additional Southern California locations. Reports to the Director, Facilities. Not a remote position.
What You'll Do
- Own daily facilities operations at HQ, ensuring workspaces and building systems are clean, functional, and safe
- Provide facilities oversight for additional Southern California locations, managing on-site Facilities Coordinators
- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, security, and landscaping
- Serve as direct people manager for all Facilities staff
- Own facilities billing, invoicing, expense reconciliation, and budget tracking
- Support planning and execution of capital projects (CAPEX)
Requirements
- Proven facilities operations and team management experience
- Strong budget and vendor management skills
- Comfortable operating independently across multiple sites
