About The Role
Glendale Community College is seeking an adjunct counselor for the Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) program.
EOPS provides enhanced support services to low-income, educationally disadvantaged students, helping them succeed in and complete their academic goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic, career, and personal counseling to EOPS-eligible students
- Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student academic progress and provide early intervention
- Assist students in accessing college and community resources
- Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field required
- Experience working with at-risk or low-income student populations preferred
- Knowledge of California community college counseling practices
Pay & Benefits
$66.03–$74.97/hr. Adjunct (part-time) position.
