Lead a team of front-line employees across multiple Public Storage properties, driving customer service, sales, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Lead an Engaged Team

• Recruit, motivate, and retain a dedicated hourly front-line team
• Drive effective communication and coaching on customer service and sales strategies

Operational Excellence

• Manage physical assets including repair/maintenance, vendor management, and cleaning standards
• Oversee delinquent tenant processes including auctions; reduce delinquency rates
• Conduct monthly property audits; ensure operational standards and safety compliance

Outstanding Customer Service

• Maintain a welcoming, well-maintained environment through your team
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Grow and Maintain the Business

• Use analytics to identify trends and develop strategies

Pay & Benefits

• $135,000 first-year total compensation (base + guaranteed quarterly bonus + RSUs)
• Second-year bonus potential up to $20,000 performance-based
• Quarterly dividends through company stock program
