About the Role
The Director of Infrastructure & Security will build the secure, scalable technology foundation for Machina Labs' next stage of growth.
You'll lead enterprise IT, cloud and DevOps infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and physical security systems across Machina Labs' commercial operations and Machina Bellator (the company's defense-focused subsidiary).
What You'll Do
- Define and execute strategy for IT, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and security systems
- Strengthen the defense-compliant environment and build out Security Engineering capability
- Ensure systems scale as teams, facilities, and defense programs grow
- Report to the VP of Engineering – Software & IT
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, EHS, and Legal
