About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at U.S. Renal Care, you'll be an integral part of a cross-functional dialysis team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and leading Patient Care Technicians to provide exceptional care for patients with kidney disease.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to dialysis patients
- Supervise and assist Patient Care Technicians during treatments
- Administer medications and monitor patient status during dialysis
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow all care protocols
- Participate in continuing education and staff meetings
Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- Previous dialysis or nephrology experience preferred
- BLS certification required
