About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at U.S. Renal Care, you'll be an integral part of a cross-functional team providing dialysis treatment to patients with kidney disease under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse.
What You'll Do
- Gather patient vitals before and after treatment
- Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments
- Collect blood samples per physician orders
- Prepare, clean, and perform safety checks on dialysis machines
- Follow safety protocols and participate in continuing education
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous healthcare experience preferred (dialysis, phlebotomy, CNA, EMT)
- Willingness to obtain dialysis technician certification if not already held
Pay
- $24–$32.32/hr
