Customer Service Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree and Family Dollar are looking for Customer Service Associates to join the store team. In this part-time role, you will be a key part of the in-store experience—serving customers, keeping the store well-stocked and clean, and supporting daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly and efficient service at the cash register
• Process customer transactions accurately
• Stock merchandise and maintain organized, clean store shelves and aisles
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and stocking new inventory
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming
• Support store associates and management with daily tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, etc.)
