About the Role
Supports execution of licensing partnerships for NBCUniversal's portfolio of brands and franchises, coordinating the contract lifecycle across assigned territories and/or product categories from deal memo through revenue recognition. Reports to the Director, Contract Operations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate licensing agreements through the contract lifecycle, from deal memo through asset release and payment
- Partner with Category Management, Finance, Legal, Controllership, and IT on deal execution
- Support seamless administration of licensing agreements
- Develop expertise in licensing operations, rights management systems, and contract administration

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Pay & Schedule
$48,000–$65,000/year. Full-time.
