About the Role
The Consumer Web Loan Officer at Logix Federal Credit Union manages and processes loan inquiries from the Consumer Web Application workflow, identifying members' credit needs and delivering exceptional member experience.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate member relationships, identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products
- Promote and sell financial products; refer cross-sell opportunities for real estate/commercial loans
- Process member consumer web applications, including loan funding and documentation
- Review credit reports to identify relationship-deepening opportunities
- Use credit scoring and sound lending practices to make lending decisions; explain denials clearly
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, SMS, and email
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Sales experience and at least 1 year of consumer lending experience
- Must register or obtain NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license within 6 months
Pay & Schedule
$21.63/hr. Full-time, hybrid.
