About the role
Join the Social Media, Community, and Creator team as a video game Community Manager, engaging directly with players where gaming communities gather — primarily Discord and Reddit, as well as Steam and other platforms.
What you'll do
- Monitor, engage with, and moderate gaming communities across Discord, Reddit, Steam, and other platforms
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to post game updates, patches, and announcements on time
- Act as the community voice for Warner Bros. Games on patch notes and updates
- Identify and train community moderators and ambassadors
- Track and report player sentiment using in-house tools
- Create and execute player-focused community programs tied to social and brand marketing
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in gaming community or forum management (AAA title experience preferred)
- Knowledge of gaming community platforms, particularly Discord and Reddit
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
