Clinical Practice Nurse II — Emergency On-Call

About the role

Kaiser Permanente Panorama City seeks a Clinical Practice Nurse II for the Emergency department. Per Diem / On-Call, Day shift.

What you'll do

• Provide consultation and clinical leadership in the Emergency department
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and project objectives
• Guide regulatory compliance using advanced knowledge of state, federal, and agency requirements
• Conduct complex audits, investigations, and chart reviews; implement corrective plans
• Develop and deliver training sessions and educational programs for staff and practitioners
• Mentor and coach staff on policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements

• Current California RN license required
• Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in Emergency nursing
• BLS and ACLS required
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts including weekends and holidays
