Clinical Coordinator – Charge RN, Dialysis

About the role

Charge Registered Nurse and Clinical Coordinator at a Fresenius Medical Care dialysis center. Manages daily clinical operations and patient care on assigned shift.

What you'll do

• Oversee patient care delivery and direct staff performance during assigned shift
• Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and informal/formal feedback to direct care staff
• Manage schedule changes and staffing decisions in the Facility Administrator's absence
• Participate in patient care plan meetings
• Train and orient staff; observe and guide technique adherence
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, FMS policy, and OSHA requirements
• Conduct staff meetings and maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment

Requirements

• Current RN license required
• Dialysis experience preferred

Pay & benefits

$25–$72/hr, full-time, on-site
