About The Role
Prime Healthcare (Sherman Oaks / Encino hospitals) is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Skilled Nursing unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, and ambulation
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
- Respond to patient call lights promptly
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience a plus
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
