About The Role
Prime Healthcare (Sherman Oaks / Encino hospitals) is seeking a full-time CNA for the Physical Rehabilitation unit.
Responsibilities
- Assist physical and occupational therapists with patient care and exercises
- Provide direct patient care including ADLs, mobility assistance, and repositioning
- Monitor and record patient progress and report observations to the care team
- Maintain a safe environment and proper body mechanics to prevent injuries
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Rehab or acute care experience preferred
- Compassionate and able to motivate patients toward recovery goals
Pay & Benefits
$23.00–$36.37/hr. Full-time.
