Case Specialist Trainee (Bilingual English/Armenian Preferred)

About the Role

Under general supervision, the Case Specialist Trainee-Temporary receives on-the-job training and must pass written and practicum exams to demonstrate the skillset to perform the full range of Case Specialist I duties. There are three openings: two require English proficiency, one requires bilingual English/Armenian.

This is a temporary, term-limited assignment (12 weeks / 60 working days) that can lead to regular employment as a Case Specialist I. As a CCRC Temp, trainees do not accrue vacation or receive paid holidays during the program.

• Case Processing (70%)
• Client Interaction and Support (20%)
• Data Entry / Documentation Maintenance (10%)

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related work experience (Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Family Studies, or related field); or
• Associate's degree in one of those fields (as approved)
• Demonstrated proficiency with Windows-based programs
• Bilingual English/Armenian preferred for one opening
