Business Relationship Manager Senior – Vice President

About the Role

As a Business Relationship Manager Senior (BRM) Acquisition banker in Business Banking, you'll develop and manage a portfolio of large business clients with annual revenue greater than ~$3MM, focusing on business development, acquiring balances, and deepening product utilization.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain, and deepen a portfolio of ~40–50 business clients and 60 prospects; manage credit opportunities up to $15 million
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to each client's needs
• Grow portfolio by prospecting for expansion-stage businesses; utilize referral networks and centers of influence
• Develop internal referral relationships with Private Bank, Asset Wealth Management, and Middle Market teams
• Protect the firm through sound risk management protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Banking Relationship Management or related business lending
• Strong business network; active involvement in Chambers of Commerce, non-profit boards, or similar
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of deposit, cash management, and business credit underwriting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years' managing clients with >$10MM revenue
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
