Business Partner Account Manager

About the Role

In UMG's Digital Operations group, the Business Partner Account Manager globally supports owned and associated labels to set up new releases, manage ongoing delivery to partners, and drive introduction of new processes and product types. You'll serve as the key operational contact for assigned partners and a key internal liaison for Digital Strategy, Commercial, Business & Legal Affairs, and Rights teams.

What You'll Do

Business Partner Onboarding & Account Management

• Implement agreed partner setup processes in coordination with Business & Legal Affairs and the global digital supply chain
• Manage ongoing operational and technical relationships with digital business partners
• Provide partner-specific operational guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders

Data Stewardship

• Run, analyze, and reconcile repertoire data using comparison techniques
• Maintain and update digital records, including version control and replacements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and process adherence

Fulfillment & Continuous Improvement

• Manage individual partner content fulfillment in line with partner requirements
• Drive introduction of new processes, product types, and services
