Branch Manager

About the Role

Citi is hiring a Branch Manager (SAFE Act) for its San Fernando Valley branches. A senior leadership role responsible for growing sales, building client loyalty, and leading branch staff in coordination with the consumer sales team.

Pay: $101,760–$152,640/year Employment: Full-time | On-site

What You'll Do

• Provide full leadership and direction to the branch team
• Grow sales and client base in coordination with the consumer sales team
• Lead performance management, compensation, communication, and employee evaluation of branch staff
• Plan, budget, and formulate policy; involved in short-term resource planning
• Develop business strategies and recommend initiatives

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience
• Previous banking or financial industry experience preferred
• Sales management experience preferred
• Registered (or willing to register) as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Master's preferred)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical skills
