Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends (monthly seniority-based schedules posted 2 weeks in advance)

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus — no experience needed, training provided

Pay & Benefits

• $57,016–$75,000/year (hourly pay plus uncapped commission)
