About the Role
Block LLP is looking for compassionate, driven Intake Specialists. You will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance, gathering case information and delivering an exceptional client experience.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients
- Conduct detailed intake interviews in English and Spanish
- Gather accident, injury, treatment, insurance, and liability information
- Assess potential cases and escalate urgent matters
- Guide clients through the intake and onboarding process
- Document client information in the firm's case management system
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum 1 year of legal intake experience
- Experience in a Personal Injury Law Firm or legal environment
- Familiarity with CRM, intake, or case management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling high volume of inbound calls
