Overview

Join the CHANEL Beauté counter at Macy's as a Beauty Advisor. In this role you will represent the CHANEL brand, offering guests a luxury beauty experience through product demonstrations, consultations, and outstanding service.

What You Will Do

• Demonstrate and sell CHANEL skincare, fragrance, and makeup products
• Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers
• Maintain CHANEL counter standards for cleanliness, stocking, and visual presentation
• Meet and exceed individual counter sales goals
• Attend required brand training and product knowledge sessions
• Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and clienteling

Who You Are

• Passion for luxury beauty and cosmetics
• 1–2 years of beauty, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Professional, polished presentation and communication style
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
